Solution: [ Fictional Brand ]. Apollo’s Deli acts as design homage to Greek mythology while simultaneously rebranding Greek design entirely. Apollo’s Deli steps back from standard commercial branding associated with Greek design and aims the vibe toward a more classic look. A two-color scheme is employed to remain within budget and in keeping with concept/theme. Handwritten labels complement the brand by mimicking a mom and pop deli, and creating a personable connection with customers.
