PRIME’s new-look packaging attracts worldwide interest
LINII Group’s fresh design concept for Russian health-food café chain PRIME has been highlighted by international experts. The new look was selected from a variety of projects and displayed on the prestigious design industry website behance.net

It’s further recognition for the studio’s work with Prime, a project that has already featured at high-profile festivals, including a silver award at London’s respected Pentawards for design and packaging.

The creative partnership between LINII Group and PRIME dates back to 2014. The studio was asked to create a brand identity that lived up to international standards. Having developed a lively and modern corporate style that is open to experiments and unafraid of laughing at itself, this expressive character was reflected in the packaging.

“We continued with our earlier series of illustrations based on funny creatures, combined with the ingredients. The images are inspired by the lifestyles and interests of Generation Z. During the working process, we sketched more than 600 ideas. It took more than nine months – about 1,500 hours just for the illustrators – and affected 36 positions. Now, the image contains several text elements; the brand has its own language,” said Mikhail Gubergrits, creative director of LINII Group.
