The word "Gorget" came from the French word "gorge" which means throat, was originally a band of linen wrapped around a woman's neck and head in the medieval period. Later, it was evolved into the knight's circular neck protectors that were worn under the breastplate armor. Ultimately, the main aim of the gorget is to protect, packaging was also created to do the same.
Natalia made used of this idea to design this lovely packaging which perfectly encase a bottle of wine, adding a new dimension it.
