Nike Oath Series is a hypothetical packaging design project. The aim was to attract footballers to buy shoes using famous players and motivational quotes. The brand extensions were designed according to the positions at which they play.
The Logo represent the actions or the style of playing. 'X' is NIKE CROSS, which denotes all directional passing and crossing. '+' is NIKE SCORE, which denotes target shootings and aiming. '/' is for NIKE KEEP, which denotes goalkeeper’s dives and saves.
The shape breaks the monotony of the usual cuboid shoe box. The outer packaging can be modified into carry bag by cutting to slits and adding a strap, which will eliminate the use and need of another paper bag.
