2yolk was entrusted with the international rebranding of Chios Gardens Greek FC juices & fruit drinks, a small but historic Greek brand based on the remote island of Chios, in the north-eastern Aegean Sea. This is the location of Kampos, a legendary orchard that has produced small quantities of top-quality, immensely popular citrus fruit since the 12th century. Respect for biodiversity, love for the trees and the sustainability of small orchards and the local rural community were the brand values which had to be visualy communicated through the new packaging. We achived this through the use of small birds that love the orchards and prosper in the Greek, Mediterranean micro-climate. Each variant is associated with a different bird species, shown sitting on the branches of the tree that produces the main ingredient. On the BOP, the consumer has access to information about the type of bird, its relationship with the trees, the harvest, and the timeless voyage of Chios citrus fruits around the world.

A Greek product's pursuit to overcome the rules of globalization, was an exercise that 2yolk seems to have solved successfully.
